1) Swimming Trainer

Position summary:
  • Swimming Trainer required at patan community center
  • Should be national certified
  • Salary :- ₹ 15000
  • 2) Technical Manager – Curriculum

    Position summary:
  • Responsible for developing the age appropriate & sports appropriate curriculum for various sports that our trainers teach students in various schools.
  • Education level and/or relevant experience:
  • C.P-Ed Or D.P – Ed or B.P- Ed or higher qualification
  • MBA in Sports Management with min 5-7 year experience
  • Experience in curriculum development & deployment

    Knowledge & skills:
  • Minimum state level player in any of the identified sports
  • Preference will be given to National level Player
  • Knowledge of Hindi, English & Regional Language like Gujarati preferred
  • Knowledge of “Instructional design” is an advantage

  • 3) Technical Manager – Equipment

    Position summary:
  • Responsible for identifying & negotiating with vendors across the globe. He/she will be required to understand the client requirements w.r.t to the equipments to be supplied. He/she will then identify the relevant suppliers for the same or similar make and model.

    Education level and/or relevant experience:
  • Any Graduate – Preferably Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar activities
  • Prior experience in importing material/s from countries like China/ Germany/ Australia etc will be a plus

    Knowledge & skills:
  • Knowledge about procurement practices
  • Negotiation skills
  • Basic financial acumen

  • 4) Regional Manager

    Position summary:
  • Responsible for managing a cluster of schools in defined districts within a geographical region. He/she will take complete responsibility of all operating metric for the program in the given region & work with the team of TM & PE Trainers in the region.

  • Aspirant should have prior experience of managing a team of 50 plus people, be endowed with good communication skills and well-versed with the local language. Computer proficiency is mandatory.

    Education level and/or relevant experience:
  • C.P-Ed Or D.P – Ed or B.P- Ed or higher qualification
  • MBA in Sports Management with min 5-7 year experience

    Knowledge & skills:
  • Minimum state level player in any of the identified sports
  • Preference will be given to National level Player
  • Knowledge of Hindi, English & Regional language

  • 5) India Sales Lead

    Position summary:
  • The sales lead will have to meet monthly / quarterly & yearly targets assigned to him/her. He/She will be responsible for both Sports Equipment + Surfaces sales along with Sports Education services sales.

    Education level and/or relevant experience:
  • Any Graduate

    Knowledge & skills:
  • Prior experience in managing similar operations is a plus
  • Preference will be given to National level Player
  • Knowledge of Hindi, English & Regional language

  • 6) Sales Executive

    Position summary:
  • The Sales Executive will have to meet monthly / quarterly & yearly targets assigned to him/her. He/She will be responsible for both Sports Equipment + Surfaces sales along with Sports Education services sales.

    Education level and/or relevant experience:
  • Any Graduate

    Knowledge & skills:
  • Prior experience in managing similar operations is a plus

  • 7) Technical Manager

    Position summary:
  • The Technical Manager (TM) is responsible for managing a cluster of schools in defined districts within a given geographical region. He/she will be responsible for managing all school level parameters like teacher attendance, student attendance & other performance parameters defined by the Management.

    Education level and/or relevant experience:
  • C.P-Ed Or D.P – Ed or B.P- Ed or higher qualification
  • MBA with Minimum 5 year experience
  • MBA in Sports Management with lesser experience can be considered

    Knowledge & skills:
  • Minimum state level player in any of the sport/s defined
  • Knowledge of Hindi, English & Regional language

  • 8) Trainer

    Position summary:
  • The Trainer will be deputed at a school or a cluster of schools in a district or a cluster of districts to ensure delivery of a particular sport or sports assigned to him / her.
  • The Trainer will be responsible to ensure that he/she delivers the content of the curriculum as per instructions given and also adheres to other administrative requirements, e.g., – Recording & Reporting daily attendance for self & students, etc.

    Education level and/or relevant experience:
  • C.P-Ed Or D.P – Ed or B.P- Ed or higher qualification

    Knowledge & skills:
  • Minimum state level player in the identified sport/s
  • Knowledge of Hindi, English & Regional language
