Acceptance Declaration

My consent below indicates my permission to have my child take part in the Chess Summer Camp - offered by KinderSports LLP at Ryan International Academy. I also agree to adhere to the guidelines and instructions of KinderSports LLP. I accept that all decisions pertaining to the training and certification shall be final and binding on me. I also authorize KinderSports LLP to utilize my child's photographs exclusively for the promotion of chess and to enhance awareness of chess education. I certify that the above information provided by me is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and brief.
